Mikro' Australia offers a 6 month warranty. Incorrect use of the play mat and failure to follow care instructions will void your warranty. Click here to view care instructions.
** Please thoroughly look over your play mat, immediately upon opening. Report any imperfections including tears and marks within 48 hours post delivery. Wear and tear marks are not covered under warranty.
We want you to be happy with your purchase and so we offer a 100% money back guarantee on our products.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- be returned within 14 days
- be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- be returned in all of its original packaging
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We will not provide refunds for;
- Any item not in original condition, damaged or defective for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
- Any item not returned in original packaging
- Sale items
- unshipped items
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please make it a priority to track your item. We will not be responsible for your missing return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. All returns will incur a management fee. If you have been approved, then your refund (less the shipping costs and management fee) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
A refund is not permitted prior to shipment however, a change of design is accepted if time permits before dispatch.
A refund is not permitted for wear and tear marks, that were not reported within 48 hours of delivery.
