Warranty
Mikró Australia offers a 6 month warranty on play mats and play bars. Imperfections deemed the responsibility of the manufacturer are covered and must be reported to us by email hello@mikroaustralia.com.au immediately. Wear and tear marks are not covered under warranty.
Our play mats must be cared for using the instructions included with your item. They must be followed to avoid damage to the product. Incorrect use of the play mat and failure to follow care instructions will void your warranty. A puncture or hole to the foam is not a manufacturing fault and will be deemed as wear and tear.
** Please thoroughly look over your purchase immediately, upon opening. Report any imperfections within 48 hours post delivery **

The mat is great, nice and thick, however this is my second purchase of a Mikro mat and although I again bought a family size rug it is now made slightly smaller than my original. My intention was to put the two rugs next to each other in our playroom, but it now looks strange given the size difference. I’m disappointed!

Hi Sarah, The sizing is definitely the same :) The reason it might appear a couple centimeters initially is because it has been tightly stored inside the carton it was packaged in. Once the mat relaxes and settles it will be the exact same size as your original mat :)

not one fault. I’m quite pleased with the mat myself but I have caught my son fast asleep on there a number of times so I would say he himself is quite happy with the level of comfort the mat has.
