How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipping times are approximate business days and are from point of dispatch.

Australia

Metro VIC, NSW, ACT, SA - 2 -3 days

Metro QLD, TAS - 3-4 days

Metro WA, NT - 10-14 days

Regional & Remote areas: 14-21 days

Internationally

14-28 days

[Please Note] Delays to deliveries do happen at busy times of the year or in the event of road closures, weather warnings and/or train derailments. This is out of our control. Please leave an inquiry with the courier by clicking on the lodgement form beneath the tracking details.

Can I track my order?

You can track your order as soon as it has been dispatched! We will send you an email which will have your tracking number and a link to our couriers tracking system. Please refer to this for updates.

What can I do if I am having a problem with my delivery?

Please lodge an enquiry immediately with the shipping company. 

Aramex: This is done via the online tracking link. Directly below is a submit enquiry button as per picture attached. Once you have done this, it will open a case file for your item and you will receive a ticket number. They will contact you regarding your delivery within 48 hours.

Should this not resolve your dispute please contact us via email and include your ticket number (separate to your tracking number) we will be happy to escalate the concern to our rep.
